The DGM Fairfield Tool Library offers sliding scale rental of tools and equipment to individuals and volunteer groups for the completion of community projects, personal home repairs & improvements.

Examples of projects for tool use:

• Building wheel chair ramps
• Cleaning/repairing playgrounds
• Planting flowers and trees in parks
• Repairing homes for the elderly or disabled
• Painting of churches, schools, etc.

Tools and Supplies include:

• Ladders, Scaffolding
• Hand Tools such as: Screw Drivers, Pliers, Hammers, Wrenches
• Power Tools: Drills and Saws
• Gardening Tools: Shovels, Rakes, Hoes
• Buckets, Brooms
• Much More…

RULES DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC:

Masks AND social distancing are required AT ALL TIMES.  Please bring a mask and don it properly. 

Patrons should not visit while sick and are requested to notify DGM if they become ill after visiting the tool library.

DGM reserves the right to change these rules at any time as the situation evolves.

CHECKING OUT TOOLS

Tools may be checked out for an ENTIRE WEEK.  There are temporarily NO RENEWALS.  Please ONLY REQUEST what you will be able to use in the one week time frame.  You must wait a full week before you check out the same tools again.

RETURNING TOOLS

Place tools on the return cart so we can check you in properly. 

If you have tools to return and are not feeling well, please EMAIL or  telephone 660 223 3691 and we’ll work together from there.

We are always appreciative of donations, We are only able to accept SOME tools at this time.  Before arriving with tools, please send an EMAIL or telephone 660 223 3691 what you would like to donate to and we’ll let you know if we can take them or not.  Thank you!
